納蘭慕德中學的一麵牆上，有一個像人影的汙漬，怎樣粉刷都無法掩蓋。人影自十年前的一場大火，汙漬便出現了，夜半常常有怪聲四起，鬧鬼傳聞就在校園中傳開。 高強（徐天佑飾）、查理（李逸朗飾）、賓仔（麥子豪飾）與阿狄（張智恒飾）在強行的教育政策下來到了納蘭這所女校，學校也因此鬧哄哄的。學校一直禁止學生談戀愛，訓導主任方老師（李惠敏飾）也極力阻止，因此她故意刁難幾個新來的男生。可是情竇初開的年輕人還是受不了愛情滋味的甜蜜，紛紛墜入情網。 這是條被詛咒了的校規，犯規了的幾個都離奇失蹤死亡，高強與逸敏（傅穎飾）把對彼此的感覺暫時放下，決定救回自己的好友。 事情卻不像他們想象的簡單。
